In the light of the Mission Statement of the University of forming "'men and women for others,' who will find God in all things, always seek his greater glory and respond generously and courageously to Christ's call to serve first God's Kingdom" students admitted to the Ateneo de Naga University must be qualified to meet its high standards of education and formation. They must accept the Profile of the University graduate as the general goal of their life at the Ateneo de Naga.
Cognizant of the fact that the quality of education in Bikol has grossly deteriorated and that conditions of family and community are problematic in our contemporary world, our recruitment policy aims to extend the advantages of Catholic and Jesuit education to as many students as possible, especially from Bikol. It therefore admits to university the best of those who apply, as well as those who show potential and desire for success at the Ateneo de Naga based on valid tests for mental and emotional ability as well as for academic achievement.
Corplan 2010 commits itself to provide the educational and formative milieu though which all students admitted to the Ateneo can rise to the level of the Profile of the University Graduate. Academic and non-academic programs shall support this commitment.
Corplan 2010 reaffirms its commitment to optimized scholarship programs, remedial and tutorial programs, counseling programs and other support systems that insure the general welfare of the students.
Corplan 2010 commits itself to provide the physical structures supportive of student welfare, athletics, and community-building.
