ADNU-CLG conducts Service Audit Workshop in Sorsogon City

In line with the implementation of the Public Service Excellence, Ethics and Accountability Program (PSEEAP) under The Asia Foundation (TAF) and the British Embassy Strategic Programme Fund (BESPF), the Ateneo de Naga University-Center for Local Governance (ADNU-CLG) conducted the Service Audit Workshop in Sorsogon City last August 26-27, 2008 and the Coaching on the Implementation of the Customer Feedback Instruments on August 28, 2008.

The major workshop objective was for the participants to design their respective department’s Customer Feedback Instruments (CFI) in order to gauge the customer perception of their service delivery. The participants likewise analyzed their cycles of service and the moment of truth in their respective department as well as describing the customer expectation of the service they provide. The last part of the 3-day activity was the Coaching on the Implementation of the CFI through a workshop.

A representative from the British Embassy Manila, Mr. Joseph Imperial came for the said activity. The trainer-cum-facilitators were Ms. Benita Michele S. Ciudadano of the Center for Local Governance, Ms. Maria Cristina M. Delos Santos of the Department of Business Administration and Ms. Marianne Ayo-Permale of the Psychology Department. The workshop was conducted at the Sorsogon City Hall.
